The day things started to go wrong

I hope you like my story about a bad day on the next level.

The Day Things Started To Go Wrong.

A day a normal day until…………  A plane crashed and fell on a bus which started an open fire. Houses on fire roads blocked 20 people on that bus 3 survived the rest dead. 50 people on the plane, only 1 survivor. The fire started on 12 june 2023 the fire stopped on 25 june 2027. Confused, is it over yet can we go home? Only a few survived from that; the reason why the fire  wouldn't go out was because the water supply ran dry. We only had milk to drink. We lived in a dry desert because it hasn't rained in years.

Writing Week 5 Term 3 2021 My Come to Your Senses Poem.

This week one thing we did for writing was a Come to Your Senses Poem. First you had to think of a human emotion, like love. Then you had to say what colour it would be. Then, you had to write 5 more sentences using your 5 senses saying how each would relate to love. The emotion I chose was Sadness

Here is my work.

Sadness

Sadness is like the darkest shade of blue.

It tastes like tears running down your eyes like raindrops.

It smells like salty water, like dried up salty water from the deep dark sea.

It reminds me of the dark. A narrow dark cave.

It sounds like rain on a dark and stormy night that won't stop pouring down its tears of sadness.

Sadness feels like a winter's night with nothing to keep you warm.

Writing Week 7 Term 2 2021 Environmental Writing: The Old Playground

In Week 7,  we went outside and looked at the old wooden playground  to see if we could think how to write about it using personification. We tried to think about the old playground as if it were an old person. We wondered what the old playground might look like or do that was like an old person. Here is my work:

Feathers

Hi this is my rhyming poem about feathers we went to go look for feathers to describe them and put them in to a  piece writing I hope you like it.

   Feathers

Walking through school one day looking through the leaves, for something

I can find.  Finally I can see it lost between the leaves. What lovely

weather, oh look it's a feather.  I picked it up, between the leaves, a great big

Gray and white feather, one side as shiny as the sun. It felt fluffy and it

looked like a leaf. Oh no, it flew away.

Black seeds, white seeds

Even Gray seeds

Old seeds, new seeds

Even bad seeds

Dirty seeds, clean seeds

Always good seeds

Small seeds, big seeds

Even tiny seeds.

Catching the sun

Catching the Sun retold by Calla

Thump, thump, thump!! (foot steps) Shiver shiver, it is cold like solid ice. My feet are so cold that I think I am ice skating. Saynday the Indian warrior slowly walked further and further into the pitch black, cold forest and in that forest Saynday found a 6 eyed monster so Saynday said “I am Saynday” the Indian warrior and you don’t scare me. Saynday walked closer and closer then he realized that it wasn't a monster it was Magpie, Fox and Deer.

“What do you mean of course you're not scared of us and did you say that you were the Indian warrior Saynday?” said Deer curiously. “Yes I am Saynday” “well then can you help us?” pleaded Fox desperately. “What is it?''

“It is too dark and cold. I don't think that we can live like this anymore” said Magpie sadly. “ Ok then of course I will help”, said Saynday.

“I’ve got a plan: who can run fast and far?'' asked Saynday, not me. I can run fast but not far, said Deer and Magpie. “What about you Fox?” said Saynday.  “Yes I can but what do you want me to do?” said fox curiously.  Saynday told Fox that he would need to run to the hot side of the world and that he would need to earn the trust of the Sun people and finally he would need to steal the sun and pass it to him.

So Fox set off to the sun people. It took three days but he made it.  It took months but Fox earned their trust so the Sun people invited Fox to one of their games. Fox thought, this is my chance and he took that chance and stole the sun.  Quickly, Fox bolted panting until he saw Deer. Fox passed the sun to Deer who went as fast as he could passing the sun to Magpie. Magpie soared through the sky and threw it to Saynday and Saynday then bolted and darted the sun in the sky and the hot, bright sun into the sky. Now all of the world can be light and dark  and peace and balance could come to all sides of the world
